Warfare: Authority Over Demons

NB-1: These prayers are intended as a start - may the Holy Spirit take over your warfare prayers.

NB-2: Never pray against people but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood (Eph 6:12).

Adapted Prayer (see scriptures used below prayer)

Satan, behold, you are fallen from heaven like lighting. Christ beheld you fall from heaven like lightning and He has given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy so that nothing will harm us. (Luke 10:18-19)

GOD THE FATHER, LORD JESUS CHRIST & GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT:

• “Is not Your Word like as a fire? and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?” (Jeremiah 23:29)

  
  

• You have given us power and authority over unclean spirits, over all demons and power to cure diseases.

• In Jesus’ Name, we take hold of this power to bind and cast out every unclean spirit, every demon and every disease.

• In Jesus’ Name, we take authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy.

• We declare that no serpent, scorpion or power of the enemy shall hurt us.

• Let every unclean spirit operating against us fall down before You and declare that, “You are the Son of God”.

• Your Word says in Isaiah 45:23 that You have sworn by Yourself, the word is gone out of Your mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, that unto You, every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.

• We destroy every demonic altar speaking against us, and every demonic spirit operating against us, against our families, ministries, jobs, finances and our health.

• We raise up an altar of prayer blessing in the Name of Jesus and by the power of His blood, our entire bodies, souls and spirits inside out, blessing our ministries, jobs, relationships, finances and health.

Let Your kingdom come according to Matthew 6:10. Let the Kingdom of God come upon us as in Matthew 12:28, so that we will drive out demons by the Spirit of God. You promised in Mark 16:17 that these signs would accompany those who believed, that in Your Name they would drive out demons. So we stand on that promise and exercise the power You gave us and the promise You made us to drive out demons. Lord Jesus, we take hold of Your command in Matthew 10:8, to heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and cast out demons!
