In the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ


  • Let not our hands be weak, so that our work shall be rewarded (2 Chronicles 15:7)

  • We commit our way to You that You may guide us (Psalm 37:5)

  • Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us, yes, establish the work of our hands! (Psalm 90:17)

  • Whatever our hands find to do, may we do it with all our might (Ecclesiastes 9:10)

  • Help us to work hard that we may help the weak (Acts 20:35)

  • Help us to run that we may obtain our prizes (1 Corinthians 9:24)

  • Help us to do all we do heartily, as for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23)

  • May we work with our hands and be dependent on no one (1 Thessalonians 4:12)

Proverbs

  • Help us to consider the ways of the ant and be made wise by them (6:6)

  • Help us to work our land into plenty of bread and not to be slack in our work (12:11 / 18:9)

  • May our hands be diligent to rule (12:24)

  • May we be diligent for our souls to be richly supplied (13:4)

  • Help us not to love sleep lest we come to poverty - may we open our eyes and have plenty of bread (20:13)

New Opportunities

  • We know that You can do all things and no purpose of Yours can be thwarted (Job 42:2)

  • Let Your blessing make us rich and add no sorrow (Proverbs 10:22)

  • We trust the plans You have for us - for welfare and not evil - to give us a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11)

  • As we seek first Your Kingdom, let all these things be added unto us (Matthew 6:33)

  • We ask, and it will be given to us, we seek, and we will find, we knock, and it will be opened to us, for everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened (Matthew 7:7-8)

  • For You give good gifts to Your children, much more than earthy fathers (Matthew 7:11)
