Give Us Wisdom

  • Fill us with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship as You did for Bezalel son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah (Exodus 31:3 || Exodus 35:31)

  • Teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom (Psalms 90:12)

  • Give us wisdom, give us the wisdom that comes from Your mouth, the knowledge and understanding that comes from Your mouth (Proverbs 2:6)

  • May we not wise be in our own eyes, but may we fear You, and turn away from evil (Proverbs 3:7)

  • Help us to listen to advice and accept instruction, that we may gain wisdom in the future (Proverbs 19:10)

  • Teach us to please You that You may give us wisdom and knowledge and joy (Ecclesiastes 2:26)

  • Lord Jesus, help us to hear Your words and do them so we will be like wise men who built our houses on the rock (Matthew 7:24)
